Outreach
The outreach program at the Indian River Mosquito Control District is a way to connect with our community and bring our neighbors information about our operations and how we assist the community in keeping them safe.
Our staff provides presentations at schools, to civic associations, homeowners associations, and church groups, as well as participates in various community events to educate our community about mosquitoes and mosquito control.
We enjoy hosting School-age children in our District so they may gain hands-on knowledge of our operations. We would like to encourage our school communities to reach out to us if they would like to arrange a tour or have us visit your classroom. Give us a call at 772-562-2393 ext. 227
