TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Thomas Lowther to the Indian River County Mosquito Control District.

Thomas Lowther
Lowther is the Owner and Operator of the Lowther Funeral Home. Active in his community, he is a member of the Sunrise Rotary Club, the Vero Masonic Lodge, and the Salvation Army Advisory Board. Lowther earned his associate degree in mortuary science from Miami Dade College
